"Ok guys...I'm a kinda guy who likes to work out and stay fit. But on top of my normal rigorous activities, I was thinking it might be a good idea to find a place where we all can practice our...ahem...unique capabilities. Maybe train together as a group? Learn each others strengths and weakness and all that good stuff. It don't take a genius to figure out what our two giants might be good at, but learning everyone else might be good. I haven't fought with any of you yet...so yea. Anyone know a good spot?. Suggestions or thoughts?"

[[Don't you read my blog? And remember, at latest this is only the third day since we arrived. Anyway...]]
"Yup, already thought of it. I figured practice in the forest makes sense until we can find a place, secure it, etc. I was hoping to renovate something like the X-Men did for the early versions of their Danger Room."

"It's too bad none of us have an access into an Overworld that we could use." Ren said as more of an after thought. "Although, if you find a suitable location, I wouldn't mind helping you out create a 'Danger Room' of sorts."
{{I'm not totally sure how much about Overworlds and other random things the group knows. Ren can always use the excuse 'I used to live with a near-Demi-God level Scion' for knowing random things.}}

Jahiera raised her hand, for once she was not reading anything as the conversation caught her full attention, "Umm, ExMen? Danger Room?"

"X-Men is an American comic series about a bunch of people with super-powers, called 'mutants'. It centered around a group - called the X-men who all lived in the same mansion and used their powers to save the world - a bit like us, actually. The Danger Room was this automated room that they used to train in. Some of the stories from the series are pretty good, I could hook you up with some if you like."

"Um, yeah, Jahiera, like in the comics, you know? I figured that sort of thing would be more fun to work out in with Miyet, Tepini, you, me, and others who are interested. And we could custom taillor environments and situations for planning raids on a nest of Titanspawn, or whatever."

An excited nod was the Egyptian Scion's answer, "Yes please!"

"Oh gee, thanks Ren. I forgot Jahiera might not have had a chance to learn about the high points of American culture."

"I definitely have some of them on my laptop that I can send to you over the 'net, but I got some real classics back home. I'll drop a line later to see if they can send it up, or I'll pick them up during the next set of hols or a three-day break if I get time."

At this point, Jahiera was very confused, her head tilted as she looked at the two scions before she shrugged it off, easily letting go of whatever they were talking about and decided to add her own two cents, "We might wanna look into getting some stealth practice in as well...there are some battles we can't simply charge into and we need to keep the students from noticing what we're up to."

"Maybe we can get someone in a film studies class to say that we're helping them film the movie with very awesome low-budget special effects?" Ren supplied to Jahiera's scenario, only half joking.

"I can look into any buildings that are for sale in town. I'd be in for some group practice."
"Or practice at all" she mutters softly

"Absolutely in for this, and a Danger Room type thing sounds like something we should possibly get our parents or whoever designed our dorm to add on...hehe. And man, Gabrielle [[or is it Gabby...I'm not sure]], you definitely missed out on American culture. If anything, the Xmen movies gross millions overseas as well as here."

[[Please pardon my frustration here. First off, somewhat depending on the outcome of the conversation Alex is awaiting to complete with Sonia, Alex may have already started to cruise likely neighborhoods looking for buildings we can use. Not much would have been done as this would have occurred Tuesday night, which I figure is the day before this conversation starts.]]
[[Further, Sean, it is Gabriella, the name ends with an A, not an E.]]
"Sean, I was talking culture, like in the comics. Not crap, like in those movies that made a bundle."

Jahi found herself simply sitting back and watching everything, this was not one of her specialties, so she no real reason to speak up.

"Sean, I was talking culture, like in the comics. Not crap, like in those movies that made a bundle." "Oh, of course. I didn't mean to insinuate that the movies were better. Just that I would've thought that basic knowledge of the Xmen would've pervaded throughout the world....especially with Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. I don't care what nationality you are. He's hot."
