Though it does make more sense to buy a large vehicle that can carry most of us."

[[New York City?!? Asked/exclaimed in the way that those old commercials for BBQ sauce used. Anyway, the question I now have is what day is it? I was thinking it was Thursday evening so that Dave had the most amount of time to use Raise Your Glass before the next gaming session. Which makes a trip to NYC rather complicated assuming you want to make our 8 am biology class. If it's Friday, I assume it's after all our classes are done for the day, which puts it at best early afternoon. Assuming 1 pm, that makes it 2 pm when we're leaving, so 10 pm arriving in NYC. While NYC has a lot more stuff open 24/7 than most other US cities, the selection of stuff that is open is smaller than in more traditional hours. So that would fine for clubbing, but less useful for other stuff.]]

And while few cities can compete with NYC for the variety of stuff they have and what you can do, I did a rough approximation and I see that Montreal is only around half the distance away (as the crow flies) from where we are. Surprisingly, Albany - which is about as far away from us as Montreal - is slightly smaller than Urich. Most other nearby major cities seem to be a comparable distance to NYC.]] |
